KWhen you are still a teenagers, you feel like to grow up very fast and wanted to be independent.
This happened to everyone as life isn't expected. When you grow up, you do not wish to continue to grow.
You wish daddy and mummy can continue to protect you when you first joining the working community.
Things become realistic, stress and time is forevert not enough. Reaching 30's, I forced myself to be fully independent, withouth relying on other people. But nothing is perfect, we still need other people's help in order to complete something. Realistic is the thing you need to see through when you come to working community.
I learned many things in work. But my bad temper will ruin everything i have set up earlier. This is a big obstacle for me in order to be more matured. I am still learning how to let go my stuborn. Everyday, we stress about
i) Why don't he/she follows my suggestion?
ii) Why he/she acts like a stupid?
iii) Why he/she is not responsible on what he/she did?
That will be tonnes of "why" in life. We need to figure out, is every "why" important to you? What we can do is to fix and change our own mindset. Never expect you can change other people's mindset as other people might have the same thought as you. No one is 100% correct, and no one is 100% wrong. It depends on which angle you view the case. What can we feel better when we meet trouble and people who bring trouble to you - think positively and remain calm.
Anger will not bring you suceed, it will lead you to the risk of health. You are killing your own cells when you are angry, you are hurting yourself instead of hurting them. I have learned to accept other people's working style. Remember, you can't change other people unless you change yourself. If you can't accept, you can choose to change a better environment.
Although i have positive thinking than previous, I still feel stress about my career sometimes. Life will not smooth forever, trouble will not stop coming to you as this is life. Keep calm and think positive. I hope I can do better.
